workshopVisit the Residentie Orkest with your entire group. The morning begins with an introduction by a musician from the orchestra. Next, the students visit the rehearsal of the orchestra, for which they receive listening assignments. Maybe something will go wrong during the rehearsal… Exciting! Afterwards the students evaluate the rehearsal. Which instruments did they see and hear? We conclude the activity with a workshop about making music, conducting and composing. At the end of Go R.O. the group knows more about how an orchestra works and the students can name different orchestral instruments.

"The children have had a wonderful time listening to the fantastic musicians and learning about the wider context in which the music has been played and composed. "
